The
Art Gallery is located at 419 Lasuen Mall. It is at the corner of Lasuen Mall and Jane Stanford Way across from the History Corner
and adjacent to Traitel.
Use/Purpose:
The
Art Gallery serves as a teaching resource for the Department of Art & Art
History. It is a premier exhibition
venue for the Stanford community. A
sub gallery and photography labs are located on the basement level.
Accessible Entrance:
The
main entrance of the Art Gallery, equipped with a power-operated door, is
accessible via a ramp on the south side of the building (adjacent to
Traitel). Once inside, the
elevator is located to the right and provides access to all levels (1, B). There is also an exterior ramp that leads to the basement level of the Art Galley on the south side of the building.
Restrooms:
Wheelchair
accessible men's and women's restrooms are located on
the 1st floor (L level) just inside the main entrance on the
left. Additional wheelchair
accessible men's and women's restrooms can also be
found in the basement.
Parking & Transportation:
There
is a limited amount of disabled parking along Crothers Way. Additional disabled parking is located
on the Oval. The closest Marguerite
shuttle stop is located on Jane Stanford Way, near the Art Gallery.
