Location Tip:

Building 460, Margaret Jacks Hall, is located on the north side (Serra Mall side) of the outer Main Quad. From the Oval, use the ramped path to the right of the steps to reach the arcade level. Turn right at the arcade and Building 460 will be on the left.

Use/Purpose:

Building 460 is occupied by the English and Linguistics Department. There are office spaces and various classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, and conference areas throughout the building. The English department library is located on the 4th floor.

Accessible Entrance:

The main entrance to Building 460 is located along Serra Mall (Outer Quad) and is equipped with a power-operated door. An additional accessible entrance is located at the rear of the building via the courtyard. An elevator provides wheelchair access to all floors of the building (LL, 1, 2, 3, 4) and is centrally located just beyond the main entrance.

Restrooms:

The only wheelchair accessible restrooms in this building are single-occupancy all-gender restrooms and there is on each floor.

Parking & Transportation:

The Marguerite shuttle stop is directly in front of the Main Quad on Serra Mall. Disabled parking is located at the top of the Oval on either side for closer access to the front of the Main Quad.

Points of Interest:
