Location Tip:
The
Gunn Building is located at 635 Knight Way. It is located at the southwest side
of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Knight Management Center, across
from Burnham Pavilion.
Use/Purpose:
The
Gunn Building is a three-story building with classrooms and meeting rooms
(G101-G107) located on the 1st floor. The Stanford Management
Company occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors. The public entrance to the Stanford
Management Company is located on the 3rd floor.
Accessible Entrance:
There
are several wheelchair accessible points of entry to the Knight Management
Center¿s seven buildings. There are wheelchair accessible ramps at the front of
the Knight Management Center (between the McClelland Building and the MBA Class
of 1968 Building) and at the rear of the Center (between the Bass Center and
the Faculty Building West/Faculty Building East). There is also a ramp located to the east of Patterson
Building (along Serra Street) and on Arguello Way just beyond the Gunn
Building. Additionally, elevator access from the underground garage to the 1st
floor provides an accessible pathway to all building entrances. All
of the entrances to the Knight Management Center¿s Gunn Building are
accessible. There are also exterior entrances to classrooms G104-G107 on the
east side of the building (facing the Community Court). The elevator is located
at the southeast corner of the building (Serra Mall side) and provides access
to all floors (1, 2, 3).
Restrooms:
Wheelchair
accessible, multi-occupancy men¿s and women¿s restrooms are located on all
floors of the building. The 1st floor restrooms are located inside the
building, between Classrooms G101 & G102.
Parking & Transportation:
Disabled
parking is located in an underground parking garage beneath the Knight
Management Center. Enter from Campus Drive East across from the parking lot
adjacent to Maples Pavilion. Additional disabled parking is located in a small
parking lot at the corner of Serra Street and Arguello Way accessible from
Escondido Road to Arguello Way. Please note that Serra Mall is not open to
vehicle traffic. The closest Marguerite Shuttle stop is located on Serra
Street.
