Location Tip:

The Bass Center is located at 645 Knight Way. It is at the center of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Knight Management Center, between Zambrano Hall and the Faculty Building West/Faculty Building East.

Use/Purpose:

The Bass Center is a four-story building housing the Library on the 1st floor and a computer lab and a variety of conference rooms and study rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The Real-Time Analysis and Investment Lab (RAIL) is located on the 3rd floor. The Seawell Family Boardroom (Room B400) and the General Atlantic Great Room & Terrace (Room B412) are located on the 4th floor.

Accessible Entrance:

There are several wheelchair accessible points of entry to the Knight Management Center¿s seven buildings. There are wheelchair accessible ramps at the front of the Knight Management Center (between the McClelland Building and the MBA Class of 1968 Building) and at the rear of the Center (between the Bass Center and the Faculty Building West/Faculty Building East). There is also a ramp located to the east of Patterson Building (along Serra Street) and on Arguello Way just beyond the Gunn Building. Lastly, elevator access from the underground garage to the 1st floor provides an accessible pathway to all building entrances.The main entrance of the Bass Center is accessible and is equipped with a power-operated door.  Once inside, the elevator is located straight ahead and to the left and provides access to all floors (LL, 1, 2, 3, 4).    

Restrooms:

All restrooms in the Bass Center are wheelchair accessible. All-gender, single-occupancy restrooms are located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors across from the elevator. Women¿s multi-occupancy restrooms are located on the lower level, 1st and 3rd floors. Men¿s multi-occupancy restrooms are located on the lower level, 2nd, and 4th floors.

Parking & Transportation:

Disabled parking is located in an underground parking garage beneath the Knight Management Center. Enter from Campus Drive East across from the parking lot adjacent to Maples Pavilion. Additional disabled parking is located in a small parking lot at the corner of Serra Street and Arguello Way accessible from Escondido Road to Arguello Way. Please note that Serra Mall is not open to vehicle traffic. The closest Marguerite Shuttle stop is located on Serra Street.
