If you are a Stanford Project Manager, we assist you with access to records from previous construction projects, and current-condition Stanford basemap and utilities data, floorplans, the most recent aerials or topography data, and standards for consultants dealing with surveys or CAD drawing development.

Facilities Managers need information to sustain Stanford's buildings for the next 100 years +. Find out more about delivering record documents, permits, certificates of occupancy, air balance reports and elements of the Operations and Maintenance Manuals. Please supply us with hardcopy and electronic information for efficient access and historic reference. - Has your data expired? Check with us often (especially for new projects, or after 3-6 months).

Updating Construction Information
During Fall, Winter, and Spring we host Construction Coordination meetings to capture and coordinate construction logistics information and maps. In accordance with LBRE we develop monthly maps that are distributed in the Stanford Daily, and an annual summer construction coordination map in the Stanford Report.
