Roscoe Maples Pavilion
is located at 655 Campus Drive. It
is located to the north of the Knight Management Center-Graduate School of
Business and adjacent to Arrillaga Family Sports
Center.
Use/Purpose:
Originally built in 1969
as a multi-use facility, Maples Pavilion is home to the Stanford men's and
women's basketball teams and the women's volleyball team. Maples also
hosts a variety of campus-wide events, such as the Reunion Homecoming
Roundtable and the Commencement Class Day Lecture.
Accessible Entrance:
Entrances are located at
all corners of Maples Pavilion and are wheelchair accessible. The ticket office and guest services are
located just inside the northwest entrance. The elevator is just inside the
southwest entrance. There is also a
ramp at the southeast entrance, near the loading dock, that provides access to
guest services at the court level.
Wheelchair seating is located in a variety of areas and is accessible via
the elevator near the southwest entrance.
Restrooms:
Wheelchair accessible
men's and women's restrooms are located on either side
of all entrances. A wheelchair
accessible family restroom is located near the northwest entrance.
Parking & Transportation:
The closest disabled
parking is located in the adjacent parking lot (L-93) near the southwest
entrance of Maples via Campus Drive and Bonair
Siding. Additional disabled parking
is located in Parking Structure 7, directly across from Maples Pavilion. There is also a drop-off directly in
front of Maples Pavilion. The
closest Marguerite shuttle stop is located on Serra Mall and Campus Drive or
Campus Drive and Galvez Street.
Points of Interest:
The Knight Management
Center Graduate School of Business is located to the south of Maples Pavilion
and offers a variety of dining options.
