2. Use/Purpose

Honoring Frances C. Arrillaga, the Alumni Center serves as a wonderful facility for returning alumni. The Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center contains nearly 30,000 square feet on the main floor, which is specifically designed for the comfort and well-being of Stanford’s alumni including the Dwight Family Living Room, the Bing Library, outdoor gardens, a business center and the Alumni Café. The Stanford Alumni Association and the Office of Development are housed on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Alumni Center.

The main entrance of the Alumni Center is accessible and equipped with a power-operated door. There is another accessible entrance on the north side of the building (Campus Drive side) leading directly to the Fisher Conference Center. An exterior entrance leads directly to the Alumni Café. Once inside, the elevator is located directly behind the Reception area and provides access to all floors (1, 2, 3). There are also accessible entrances leading to the outdoor garden. Note that card-reader access is required for the 2nd and 3rd floors.

4. Restrooms

All restrooms in the Alumni center are wheelchair accessible. Men’s and women’s multi-occupancy restrooms are located on all floors (north and south side of the building) and single-occupancy restrooms are available on the 1st floor (inside the business center) and 3rd floor.
