Location Tip:

The Burnham Pavilion is located at 615 Jane Stanford Way. It is at the intersection of Jane Stanford Way and Galvez Street and directly across from Encina Hall. The Burnham Pavilion connects to the south side of the Ford Center for Sports & Recreation.

Use/Purpose:

The Burnham Pavilion, originally known as the Stanford Pavilion, was built in 1921. The Burnham Pavilion and the connecting Ford Center are home to the men's and women's gymnastics teams, the wrestling team, and the men's volleyball team. The BeWell@Stanford program staff are also located in the Burnham Pavilion. This program serves as the overarching health and wellness resource for the University.

Accessible Entrance:

The main entrance of the Burnham Pavilion, located along Jane Stanford Way, is accessible. Once inside, the court is straight ahead. The Burnham Pavilion is also accessible via an interior corridor leading from the Ford Center.

Restrooms:

Wheelchair accessible men's and women's restrooms are located just inside the main entrance of Burnham Pavilion.

Parking & Transportation:

Disabled parking is located in the parking lot adjacent to the Pavilion (west side). Additional disabled parking is located across the street from the Pavilion (in front of Encina Hall) or along Galvez Street. The closest Marguerite shuttle stop is located on Jane Stanford Way.

Points of Interest:

The Knight Management Center - Graduate School of Business is located to the east of the Burnham Pavilion and offers a variety of dining options. Please visit http://www.gsb.stanford.edu/facilities/dining for more information.
