Stauffer I is
located at 369 North-South Axis, between Stauffer II and the Organic Chemistry
Building, across from the Mudd Chemistry Building.
Use/Purpose:
Stauffer I
houses the Chemistry department laboratories. The building mainly consists of
lab space and departmental offices.
Accessible Entrance:
There are two accessible entrances, one at the
southwest corner of the building near the Gazebo, and the other at the east end
of the building.Once inside the east entrance, an elevator is located on
the left that provides access to all floors (B, 1, 2).
Restrooms:
Wheelchair
accessible, multi-occupancy men¿s and women¿s restrooms are located on the 1st
floor of the building. There are no restrooms on the 2nd floor and
basement level.
Parking & Transportation:
The nearest disabled parking is located at the Roth
Way Parking Garage, which is located at the corner of Roth Way and Campus
Drive. The closest Marguerite shuttle stop is located
at the intersection of North-South Axis and Serra Mall.
