1.    Location Tip

The Mudd (Seeley G.) Chemistry Building, which houses the Braun Auditorium, is located at 333 Campus Drive, at the corner of Roth Way and Campus Drive.    

 

2. Use/Purpose

Mudd Chemistry houses the Braun Auditorium, as well as the Chemistry department. Research labs and departmental offices are located throughout the building.

 

3. Accessible Entrance

The main entrance to Mudd Chemistry is accessible via a ramp along the south side of the building and is equipped with a power-operated door. The accessible pathway is located along North-South Axis and just past Braun Auditorium. Braun Auditorium is accessible via exterior entrances (one equipped with a power-operated door) located along the pathway prior to the main entrance of Mudd Chemistry. There are also two additional accessible entrances to Mudd Chemistry, which are located at the northeast and southeast corners of the building. 

 

4. Restrooms

Wheelchair accessible men's and women's restrooms are located on the 1st and 3rd floors of Mudd Chemistry. There are semi-ambulatory men's and women's restrooms located on the 2nd floor.  There are also semi-ambulatory men's and women's restrooms adjacent to Braun Auditorium.

 

5. Parking & Transportation

The nearest disabled parking is located at the Roth Way Parking Garage, which is located at the corner of Roth Way and Campus Drive. A Marguerite shuttle stop is located at the Stanford University Hospital to the west of Mudd Chemistry or along Serra Mall. 

 

6. Points of Interest
