The Cecil H. Green Library (East Wing) is located at 557 Escondido Mall. It is directly across from the Meyer Library and is adjoining the Bing Wing (Green Library West).
Use/Purpose:
Green Library (East Wing) is the largest Stanford University library and contains collections in the humanities, social sciences, area studies, and interdisciplinary
areas.
3rd Floor - Raubitschek Room and Green East Stacks
2nd Floor - Human Resources and Green Earth Stacks
1st Floor (Hohbach Hall) - Current Periodicals, Information Center, Interlibrary Services, Loan & Privileges ledges Desk and Newspapers. Meeting rooms located on this level.
Lower Level - Media & Microtext, South Stacks, and Lower Green East Stacks.
Wheelchair accessible men's and women's restrooms are located on all levels (B, 1, 2,
3). Once off the elevator, turn right and the restrooms are located on the right side (across from the entrance to the Bing Wing). There is a single-occupancy, all-gender restroom located near the men's and women's restroom on the 1st floor.
Parking & Transportation:
There is a limited amount of disabled parking along Crothers Way. Additional disabled parking is located on the Oval. The closest Marguerite shuttle stop is located on Jane Stanford Way near the Art Gallery.
Points of Interest:
Visit the Albert M. Bender Room, located on the 5th floor of the Bing Wing. This space offers wonderful views of the Main Quad and the hills beyond the campus. There is also comfortable seating and a quiet atmosphere for study, leisure reading, and reflection.
