BUILDING 250 - MAIN QUAD (01-250)

Building 250 is located at the east side (Lasuen Mall side) of the outer Main Quad.From the Oval, use the ramped path to the right of the steps to reach the arcade level. Continue along the pathway heading towards Memorial Church. Once at the Inner Quad arcade turn left, continue down the arcade, and once past Building 10, turn right. Continue through the inner arcade past Building 20. Cross the pathway and turn left before Building 30. Continue to the end of the arcade and turn right at the Outer Quad. Building 250 will be on the right.

Building 250 is occupied by the Hume Center for Writing and Speaking. Workshop rooms, meeting rooms and tutoring rooms are located on both the 1st and 2nd floors.

The accessible entrance to Building 250 is located in the Outer Quad (Lasuen Mall side) via the arcade and is equipped with a power-operated door. Wheelchair access is limited to the 1st floor as there is no elevator in Building 250.

Wheelchair accessible single-occupancy, all-gender restrooms are located on the 1st floor.

The Marguerite shuttle stop is directly in front of the Main Quad on Serra Mall. Disabled parking is located at the top of the Oval on either side for closer access to the front of the Main Quad. For closer access to buildings along the back end of the Main Quad, the closest parking is available at the end of Santa Teresa Street, near Duena Street, or in a small parking lot near Duena Street and Panama Mall. There is a limited amount of disabled parking located behind MemChu via Duena Street (gate access code required).Contact the Diversity & Access Office at (650) 725-0326 for details.
